The Đordan Group, within its development programs, has a special focus on the development and cultivation of viticulture. Vineyard in Popovo polje, Veličani, on an area of 20 ha not far from the cave in the village of Zavala, one of the largest in Europe, and the site of the village of Mesari on an area of 5 ha. along the river Trebišnjica (the longest chasm in Europe).

It is 10-12 km from the sea, as well as in the Trebinjsko polje location within the joint project “Agrofin” doo with planted vineyards of 160 ha and the prospect of planting 225 ha, 30 km from the famous tourist center – the city of Dubrovnik.

On the sites of swept vineyards, modern grape varieties are grown for the red wines Merlo, Marselan, Burgundunac crni, for the white wines Traminac mirisni, Sauvignon white, Burgundunac siv and autochthonous varieties Vranac and Žilavka. In its program of further development, the Đordan Group is developing a new modern tourist and production complex, which, in addition to tourist facilities, will also include a modern winery that will further improve the quality of wine production.

The Kisin Family Farm is located on the site of the village of Tuli, 10 km away from the City of Trebinje on the main road Trebinje-Herceg Novi. A tourist info point has been built in the ownership of the farm at the mentioned location, a facility where local products of this area can be bought and tasted. There is parking for buses, internet, two toilets, a summer house, stalls selling local products and a tasting room under construction. Thanks to the good location, more tourists are expected because the facility is included in the map of two tourist corridors and one mobile application through Herzegovina (Počitelj-Kotor corridor and Slovenia-Albania corridor) where it is agreed with the coordinators of the corridor project mentioned routes because the facility serves as a way station where tourists get the necessary tourist information, buy and taste local products, use the Internet, toilets and other content. In the immediate vicinity of the building there is a mini cheese factory for cheese production as a family business.

The tradition and culture of life in the countryside are an integral part of the tourist offer of our farm. By cultivating traditional cuisine with a traditional welcome, guests are provided with a unique, authentic, unforgettable gastronomic pleasure at the table. Tourists can expect home-made specialties, bread, cheese, cream, cured meat products, pies, strudels, home-made jams, sweets, juices, wine and brandy and other products from the farm. The food and drinks served to our guests retain the authenticity of the climate in which we find ourselves. Dishes from the collection of old recipes are a real refreshment for our guests. Traditional customs are especially cherished on our farm and that is why we offer our guests an unforgettable tourist experience such as Christmas Eve, Christmas celebrations, breaking garlic, painting Easter eggs and other village customs.

Kisin Farm offers guests to actively spend their holidays, to learn something new, to have fun, recreate, enrich their knowledge of the culture and traditions of our region. If interested guests can take an active part in agricultural work, see how the land is cultivated, mowed meadows, prepare winter food themselves (ajvar, jam, sweet homemade juices, participate in roasting brandy and making wine) and bring home products for a fee which they have prepared themselves, they can engage in recreational riding, hiking, cycling, hunting and other activities offered by the farm.

There is probably no better way to experience nature than to camp. For all lovers of nature and this form of vacation outside the City of the Sun, just a few hundred meters from its gates, there is a camp that has the most modern spaces for stationing tents, caravans and campers. It covers an area of 2 ha, has 50 places for campers and 200 places for tents. The camp is built in accordance with the most modern standards of European camping tourism, and each plot has water and electricity supply and a camper cleaner for sanitary emptying of the camper.

Hidden between modern buildings, green areas and sports facilities of the City of the Sun, the ethno restaurant serves traditional Herzegovinian dishes paired with the best wines from Herzegovina as well as Vršac wines from the Drašković Winery. The rich table consists of home-made food prepared according to carefully preserved Herzegovinian recipes that are passed from generation to generation. On wooden stalls, next to the fireplace, guests can enjoy specialties such as veal under the sac, grilled lamb, cauldron, sarma, cicvara, homemade bread, priganica, cheese from oil, kajmak from the bag, salads with dill, homemade cakes, fine wines , prosciutto, bacon, homemade Herzegovinian brandy, while the youngest visitors have fun in the zoo located near the restaurant.

The three-star Sl Olimp building is located within the walls of the City of the Sun. The modern rooms offer comfortable accommodation and the possibility of dining in an express restaurant or one of the restaurants located in the City of the Sun. It is located on the main street in the very city center, in the place of old student dormitory. It was carefully renovated into a modern object, but it retained the Austro-Hungarian architecture from the beginning of 20th century, which also remained in the whole Main street.

Restaurant ‘Ognjište’ is on the south entrance to the city, on the road to Dubrovnik and Herceg Novi. It is recognizable for its architecture style and big parking area for 150 cars. The restaurant offers all types of traditional Herzegovinian dishes and non-alcoholic drinks, natural juices, hot drinks, alcoholic drinks and a wide variety of high quality wines from Herzegovina and the rest of the region.

Restaurant Bendiš is located in an authentic Herzegovinian house built in 1872, and it offers traditional Herzegovinian food. It on the 12th km on the road from Trebinje to Dubrovnik and it is a place where you fully experience Herzegovina.

The outlines of a small village called Grab first appeared during Austro-Hungarian time. This beautiful house the restaurant is in was built in 1884. There was a local store in the house (food and other supplies for village households) until 1918. The house was renovated with respect to typical Herzegovinian architecture. This family restaurant offers cuisine typical for south Herzegovina area, with an interesting influence of Croatia and Montenegro which are very close.

Apart from roast meat under bell, all types of barbecue, domestic cheese and prosciutto, this restaurant has a high-quality wine offer from Herzegovinian wine makers. Indoor object has 30, and the patio has 100 seats.

Motel ‘Konak’ Mosko is 13 km away from Trebinje on the road Belgrade-Sarajevo-Trebinje-Dubrovnik. It is built in Herzegovinian style with modern interior and has 160 beds in 50 rooms (single bed, double bed, rooms with three and four bends and suites).

Restaurant MG is 50 meters away from the Main street, in the city center, which makes it even more suitable for business meetings, gatherings and a high level of service. The restaurant is furnished with class, has three separate floors and offers relaxing and intimate atmosphere. Citizens of Trebinje are well aware that it is precisely this restaurant where cooked meals, barbecue and fish specialties are best prepared in. Combined with national cuisine, they provide special enjoyment for all guests.

Hotel Studenac is in Gorica, a quiet part of the city only 3 km away from Trebinje, on the bank of Trebišnjica. It is surrounded by trees and springs. It comprises of luxurious rooms, ethno tavern, and summer patio which is surrounded by fishponds.

It has nine rooms and two suites, with single, double and three bed options. Rooms are luxurious and have everything needed for a pleasant stay: balconies with a view of the river, trees and summer patio. Wine cellar ‘Marić’ was formed in 2012 as an extension to multi century wine making tradition of the Marić family, whose estates are located from Trebinje and Popovo polje to the borde with Dalmatia (Konavle). That is also the location of their native village Poljice (few kilometers away from Komavle). It is worth mentioning that the winery is mostly supplied from the vineyards of Peter and Paul monastery (4th century), which is located near the cellar. That micro location also provided the Vienna court with high quality grapes. Wine cellar Marić produces about 10 000 bottles of good quality wines: Vranac, Chardonnay and Merlot. It can also welcome approximately 100 tourists at the same time, and serve them food and wine in one indoor and two outdoor objects with roofs. There is also asphalted road that leads to the winery, and this is also the road from Trebinje to Dubrovnik.

Family Berak are one of the oldest families in Trebinje. Trey have traditionally grown vine since they came to this area, which was in 17th century. Spending many centuries under the Herzegovinian sun combined with science results in widely recognized ‘Red wine’, made from ancient sorts of Surac, Kadarun and Plavka. In their cellar located in Police neighborhood you can enjoy in Vranac, Žilavka, Chardonnay and Merlot.

An ancient folk tale mentions Tvrdoš and its cellars – monastery chambers for wine keeping. In the dark times after the doom of Serbian medieval state Serbian monks preserved Serbian tradition and spirituality, with wine making as a part of it. As in the rest of the Europe, Serbian monks were those most responsible for preserving the tradition of wine making. Many famous wine establishments of France, Italy, Spain and Germany continued the tradition of what used to be an old monastery estate. There are also numerous Serbian monasteries with respectful wine making tradition: Visoki Dečani, Ljubostinja, Tvrdoš…

Monks from monastery Tvrdoš started a new chapter in the story about monastery wine making in our area. The took care over vineyards in Trebinje field where they had 70 ha of old Vranac plantations and 60 ha of new vineyards in Popovo polje. Today the monastery has two cellars. Vranac is kept in the old stone cellar from 15th century, and only about 10 meters away there is a new underground cellar with most up-to-date technology, perfectly blended into the existing complex.

Winery is relying on modern technologies, controlled fermentation processes and traditional methods for keeping wine in oak ‘barrique’ barrels in cellars that are located eight meters underground. Our production is exclusively oriented towards quality, which is proven by many domestic and international awards.

They won over 150 gold medals on domestic and international competitions, and in the last six months they won 10 gold and silver medals on the officially biggest and most important wine competition in the world – Vienna 2015, and they were also proclaimed the best national product of Bosnia and Hercegovina. That same year in the seat of Sommelier Foundation from Tuscany, Italy, on the recommendation of Association of Sommeliers of Italy, wine sorts Žilava and Vranac won the most important trophies for quality among autochthonous sorts.

Wine Gallery’s kitchen pays respect to colors, scents, tradition and unique emotions of great gastronomic abundance of magical Herzegovina merged together with talent and passion of innovative cuisine. Results of this relationship are best seen in dishes that are refined with aromas of fruit and vegetables from domestic production, autochthonous Trebinje lamb fed with cytisus, calf from Gacko, famous goat meat from Bileća, river fish, dairy products from Nevesinje… all of this is blended together into a complete and unique perception of cuisine.

Wine cellar Sekulović belongs to that group of family cellars where you can taste wines this area is famous for. Located in Gorica neighborhood along the road to Nikšić, this cellar offers Žilavka, Vranac, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet. In the pleasant ambient of the degustation hall visitors can taste grape and herb brandy. The hall has capacity of 50 seats.

Cellar Petijević is located along Gorica lake and it a few kilometers away from Trebinje center. A very old family tradition of wine making and vine cultivation dates bac to 1900. The cellar is placed in a rural ambient and can offer degustation for up to 50 people at once. They can taste Žilavka, Vranac, Merlot, Chardonnay, as well domestic grape brandy.

Soaked with sun of the southernmost part of the Herzegovinian wine route, on the bank of Europe’s biggest subterranean river Trebišnjica and close to the Medieval city of Mičevac is the location of wine cellar of family Anđelić.

For more than a century our family has cultivated vine and grape. Our ancestors made wine and grape brandy with distinctive quality and this century long experience is deeply embedded into the foundations of modern winery Anđelić, together with all dedication and commitment. Our wines are exclusively produced by our family members and we constantly improve our wine quality with lot of love.

Wine cellar Anđelić expands its production every year. This cellar produces six types of wine: Žilavka Anđelić, Vranac Anđelić, Lira, Žirado, Tribun and Mičevac barrique. Grapes for all these sorts come from vineyards from Trebinje, except for part of Žilavka which comes from our associates from Čitluk and Domanovići. Since recently, our winery purchased 15% of shares of ‘Agrokop’. The restoration of family vineyards where we used to grow Žilavka and Vranac is in progress. The vineyard had up to 14 000 vine plants of Žilavka and 12 000 of Vranac. Our wines received multiple awards in regional and international wine fairs.

Restaurant “Old Herzegovina” is an object made in style of old Herzegovinian houses, covered with rye straws and stone plates, just like the old Herzegovinian builders used to do it. It is located in the small village Tuli, by the road Trebinje-Herceg Novi. Here you can taste autochthonous Herzegovinian food and drink.

The object also offers accommodation (four luxurious apartments, with more than 30 sq. meters of area). The apartments have everything you need to fully enjoy in the pleasant stay. Rooms are 2+1.

Porto Bello is located in the Old town (pedestrian zone) in the very city center. We have six luxurious apartments with 17 beds (three additional). There is also a restaurant within the object, which gives you the opportunity to taste specialties from domestic and international cuisine. We have a parking garage near the motel, and a place for bicycles in the motel as well.

Hotel Aćimović is located near river Trebišnjica, 1,7 km away from the city center. It offers rooms with air conditioning and free wireless Internet access. Breakfast is served every morning and it is included in the price.

Sesto Senso disposes of 12 accommodation units (30 beds in total). We also have a restaurant within the object with a terrace for sunbathing, which gives you a beautiful view on the river. We are only 500 m away from the city center, so our guests will have everything at their arm’s length.

Hostel The Red Door is 1,9 km away from the city center in Gorica neighborhood. It has free private parking.

Hostel Polako offers accommodation in nicely furnished dorm rooms (22 beds). It has shared kitchen and living room. The main characteristic of the hostel is the relaxing cosmopolitan atmosphere for all guests.
